Our next meeting is Wednesday, November 9th in the woodshop of the Dirigo High School in Dixfield, Maine. The meeting will start at 6pm and Charlie Rappaport from Kingfield, Maine is showing us how he makes a bowl with an undercut rim.

Our next meeting is Wednesday October 12th starting at 6 pm. Peter Walen from Kingfield is going to show us how he makes a deer call. This will be Peters first demo so it would be great if we could have as many members as possible there to support him.

The first meeting of our new year is coming up on Wednesday, Sept. 14th starting at 6pm. We are going to have a quick business meeting and then Kim Dailey is going to show us how he turns a small platter and then makes it into a little piece of art by embellishing the piece by dying it, adding a little texture and carving. It should be a good time so stop on by and don’t forget we will be having our wood raffle and of course our world famous show & tell.
